For the past 20 years Kathi has lived in an old stone farmhouse in Pennsylvania with one man, two horses, three sheep and four cats. In fact, her "wooly" companions were the inspiration for an illustration published in a 1995 Graphis competion called Counting Sheep. Her vibrant and imaginative style has many applications, including greeting cards, packaging, puzzles, wallpaper, magazines and children's books. At right are her recent books, A Father's Day Thank You by Janet Nolan (Albert Whitman & Co.), Mother's Day Surprise by Stephen Krensky (Marshall Cavendish Children's Books), Substitute Groundhog and Squirrel's New Year's Resolution both written by Pat Miller (Albert Whitman & Co.).
